Assistant E-Sales/Account Manager, Ferry Operations (Hospitality Background, HK Based Role)

Scope
To keep the market leading position in marine cross boundary transportation, you are responsible for generating sales, engaging and closing deals with travel agents. You also need to work internally with different SCL users to maximize the usage of ferry tickets.
What You Will Do
- Plan and execute strategy promotion
- Prepare and submit applications for business initiatives to government
- Bridge between Sales team and Ticketing team to enhance and executive all promotion smoothly
- Manage Cotai Water Jet (CWJ) social media, website and mobile application content
- Handle contracts for all travel agents and vendors
- Develop new business opportunities and generate profitable sales in order to meet and exceed sales target
What We Expect From You
- Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, preferably in Tourism/Hospitality Management, E-Commerce, Business, Management or Marketing related fields
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Account Management, B2B/B2C Sales/Business Development, Contract/Sales Operations/Admin, E-Commerce and/or Customer Relationship/Retention
- Work exposure gained from leading hotels, travel agencies, amusement/theme parks, tourism/tourist attraction companies, transportation institutions and/or other hospitality industry firms would have an advantage
- Tech-savvy, especially with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, WeChat etc.), mobile application and website management
- Experience in liaising with/managing vendors is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese, Proficient in English and Conversational in Mandarin
- You will be based in Hong Kong for this role with regular business travel when required
