Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Website Developer with strong expertise in WordPress and HTML. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites with a focus on performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive websites using WordPress and HTML/CSS
  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins based on business requirements
  • Convert design mockups (Figma/PSD) into functional websites
  • Ensure website performance, speed optimization, and SEO best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and errors
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers for seamless delivery
  • Manage website content updates and regular maintenance

Required Skills (Mandatory)

  • Strong hands-on experience in WordPress development
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and any 1 programming language
  • Experience in theme customization and plugin integration
  • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization

Soft Skills

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and design sense
