Job Title: Software Engineer III (AI Systems & Full Stack)

Location: Seattle, WA - Onsite

Duration: 6 months (with strong potential for extensions or conversion)

Our client is for a Software Engineer III to join a fast-paced team building next-generation AI-powered systems and developer tooling. This role focuses on designing and delivering agentic workflows, AI-integrated platforms, and full-stack applications that automate complex processes and improve operational efficiency at scale.


You will work on cutting-edge initiatives involving large language models (LLMs), AI-driven automation, and internal tooling platforms, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver impactful solutions.


Required Qualifications


5–7 years of experience in software engineering (full stack)


Strong coding skills with experience in:

  • Frontend: React, JavaScript
  • Backend: Python (preferred), or similar languages


Hands-on experience working with AI/ML systems, including:

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • AI-powered applications or workflows


  • Experience with system design and scalable architecture
  • Experience building internal tools, platforms, or developer-facing systems


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks or automation workflows
  • Exposure to LLM integrations (e.g., prompt engineering, API-based model usage)
  • Experience building dashboards, developer platforms, or workflow automation tools
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams


Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation systems that replace manual processes
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications and dashboards (frontend + backend)
  • Build AI-integrated tools and systems leveraging modern LLM capabilities
  • Rapidly prototype new ideas, test hypotheses, and iterate based on feedback
  • Develop evaluation pipelines, validation frameworks, and monitoring systems for AI-driven applications
  • Integrate new tools, APIs, and data sources into existing platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
  • Document system architecture, APIs, and implementation details for scalability and handoff
