Account Manager -Huawei KSA

The Account Manager- Huawei-KSA is responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end telecom operations and administrative functions across KSA. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, cost control, and effective coordination between technical, commercial, and support teams to support large-scale telecom projects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations Management

• Lead and manage telecom operations including rollout, optimization, O&M, and project execution across KSA.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects in line with STC / Mobily / Zain standards and contractual SLAs.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and KPIs to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee resource planning, workforce deployment, and vendor/subcontractor management.

• Oversee administration, HR coordination, logistics, procurement, and facility management.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, GOSI, Muqeem, Iqama, and visa regulations.
• Implement strong internal controls, SOPs, and reporting structures.

• Monitor operational budgets, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Coordinate with finance on invoicing, collections, and cash-flow planning.
• Approve operational expenditures within delegated authority.

• Ensure compliance with CITC (now CST) regulations, client requirements, and company policies.
• Manage operational risks, audits, and corrective actions.
• Maintain high standards of HSE and quality compliance.

• Lead senior managers and department heads; drive performance through KPIs.
