Account Executive – Pittsburgh, PA

$45K–$70K Base + Uncapped Commission

We’re seeking a driven, competitive Account Executive to own new business development in the Pittsburgh market. This is a true hunter role where you build your territory, grow accounts, and directly control your earnings.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
• Schedule and lead in-person client meetings and presentations
• Attend industry events, networking functions, and community gatherings
• Host client lunches, happy hours, and relationship-building outings
• Identify hiring gaps and position customized workforce solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through signed partnership
• Partner closely with recruiting teams to deliver talent and drive repeat business

This is not an order-taker role. You will build your book from the ground up and expand it aggressively.
