The Opportunity

As our BDR for the EMEA market, you are the engine of our growth. You won't just be "making calls" – you will be a strategic partner in our sales pod, identifying market opportunities and initiating high-level conversations with decision-makers across Europe and the Middle East. This is a role for someone who loves the thrill of the hunt and wants to build a career in Tech Sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Charge: Identify and qualify high-potential accounts through a multi-channel approach (Social selling, personalized emails, and strategic calling).

Strategic Outreach: Craft compelling, data-backed messages that resonate with IP professionals and executives.

Pipeline Growth: Drive the sales funnel by scheduling high-quality meetings and product demos for the Account Executive team.

Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the company in EMEA, spotting trends and feedback to help marketing and product teams stay ahead.

CRM Mastery: Use HubSpot/Salesforce to manage your pipeline efficiently and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Account Management, or SDR/BDR) within the B2B and Tech space.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English. Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern sales tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • The "Hunter" Mindset: A proactive approach with a high level of resilience and a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Cultural Fluency: Experience working with the EMEA market or additional European languages is a significant advantage.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot strategies based on data and feedback.
