Backed by investors and operators from LinkedIn, YouTube, HubSpot, Rippling, and Google, we help the fastest-growing B2B companies go to market through executive-led content that drives revenue.
We’re growing extremely quickly, added $1M ARR in 30 days, and are onboarding customers faster than we can manage. We are now looking for a Account Executive to help define and scale Virio’s customer success motion.
What You’ll Do
- Own a full sales cycle — from outbound and inbound to close
- Build relationships with founders, CMOs, CROs, and GTM leaders
- Leverage content and personal brand as a core part of your sales motion
- Use AI tools to move faster — better research, better outreach, better follow-up
- Collaborate closely with GTM and marketing to connect content engagement to pipeline
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and forecast
- Scale-ups and Mid-market (Series A - Series D) account management – Experience managing complex B2B accounts across mid-market to enterprise segments
- Executive presence & communication – Strong, credible communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives
- Unstructured environment comfort – Comfortable operating effectively in fast-moving, lightly structured environments
- B2B marketing & GTM fluency – Strategic understanding of B2B marketing, content, and demand generation
- Content and storytelling instincts – Ability to translate raw ideas into clear, high-impact narratives
- AI-native execution – Comfortable using AI tools to scale workflows and output
- Operational organization – Highly organized and detail-oriented with consistent follow-through
- Execution-first ownership – Bias toward action with strong ownership over outcomes
- Craft-first mindset – Prioritizes quality of execution and operating excellence over years of tenure
- High agency & proactivity – Takes initiative and moves forward without waiting for perfect process
