It requires strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate processes across multiple teams. Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory.

In this position you will…

...play a critical role in strengthening bolttech’s market presence and commercial success by managing and expanding key strategic partnerships across Europe with focus on Spain and the Iberic region. You will serve as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of high-value accounts, working closely with partners to drive mutual growth through bolttech’s innovative, technology-enabled insurance and protection solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities, deliver value-added solutions, and ensure long-term partner satisfaction and retention.

This role combines strategic account leadership, commercial ownership, and technical orchestration, requiring close interaction with C-level/senior stakeholders and senior technical teams on both client and bolttech sides.


You will be responsible for:

  • Managing large-scale clients, ensuring alignment of commercial, technical, and operational streams.
  • Acting as the primary Key Account Manager and strategic partner lead for selected telco‑insurance clients, owning the overall relationship and long‑term account development.
  • Serving as the main interface between the client and bolttech, ensuring alignment across commercial, technical, and operational dimensions.
  • Partnering closely with clients to support the design, development, and evolution of insurance platforms and services, with a solid understanding of underlying IT architectures and integration models.
  • Translating client business and technical requirements into clear, actionable inputs for internal teams, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with bolttech’s platform capabilities.
  • Coordinating and overseeing cross‑functional project delivery, working with Product, Technology, Operations, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high‑quality execution.
  • Monitoring project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies, proactively driving issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Driving commercial growth within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities related to platform enhancements, new insurance propositions, and additional services.
  • Tracking account performance through relevant KPIs and service metrics, using data and insights to continuously improve client outcomes.
  • Representing bolttech in senior client interactions, workshops, and steering committees, positioning the company as a trusted, technically credible, and value‑driven partner.


To be successful you will require the following competencies & skills:

  • Key Account Management Experience: Proven experience managing complex, high‑value enterprise accounts, ideally within the telco, insurance, or telco‑insurance ecosystem.
  • Technical & IT Understanding: Strong technical fluency in digital platforms (APIs, partner integrations, system dependencies), with the ability to engage credibly with architects and product teams and influence solution design, acting as a bridge between business and technology, with the ability to challenge, shape, and validate solution architectures, integration approaches, and platform evolution.
  • Project & Delivery Management: Strong capability to coordinate and govern multi‑stakeholder projects, acting as the central point of accountability between customer and internal teams.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial models, value propositions, and business drivers, with the ability to link technical solutions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Client Advisory Mindset: Ability to act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through platform evolution and insurance service development with a consultative and problem‑solving approach.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across both business and technical domains.
  • Insurance Knowledge (Preferred): Experience in insurance or insurtech environments is a strong advantage, particularly in embedded or digital insurance models.
  • Adaptability & Ownership: Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, international, matrixed environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Languages: Spanish mothertongue; fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in key account management, strategic partnerships, or business development roles.
