Key Responsibilities
- Actively and aggressively seek out new customers, win new business, and fully own the sales cycle
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Develop and sustain Broker / Partner relationships
- Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to drive pipeline and close deals
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Represent Netchex at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (payroll strongly preferred), with a strong track record of exceeding targets
- Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market accounts
- Strong understanding of the tech sales landscape and sales methodologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HighSpot, etc.)
