Position Overview:
Join our fast-growing, high-performing Collections team at Snap! We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Collections Specialist who is ready to make an impact, help customers get back on track, and contribute to an amazing team culture.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers with past-due accounts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and help customers find the best resolution for their delinquency.
- Use strong negotiation, problem-solving, and assertiveness to achieve successful outcomes.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements accurately.
- Deliver a fast, friendly, and flexible customer experience.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while performing soft collections activities.
- Accurately document customer conversations and account updates in the system.
- 6+ months of collections experience preferred (soft or hard collections).
- Advanced English (B2+) in speaking, reading, and writing.
- Schedule flexibility — Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM; one Saturday per month required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of assertiveness, confidence, and professionalism.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fast learner with the ability to retain and apply new information effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
