Job Responsibilities
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers at Electric Utilities, Contractors, Co-Ops and Muni's in the region.
- Develop Account Plans and execute commercial strategy for sales of Salisbury products.
- Provide training while promoting all aspects of our product line.
- Provide accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins and opportunities within the region.
- Drive identification, prospecting, creation and closure of sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing, and competition to product line marketing team.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 - 5 years of experience with direct sales, account management, or team leadership.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the utility industry.
- The ability to travel 60% to 75% of the time.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Passionate self-starters with a strong track record of demonstrable success in meeting and exceeding targets.
