A Little Bit About The Role…
This client is one of TBWA/Omnicom’s largest and longest-standing accounts. The adam&eve\TBWA office in London is the regional base for our work in Europe and almost all work is planned and executed here. The brand spans a number of markets and is worked on by a dedicated team of up to 20 people; there is great team spirit and a genuinely supportive way of working.
The account delivers fully integrated campaigns, providing marketing solutions from ATL advertising to promotions, POS, eCRM, digital, social, and internal communications. Unlike some accounts, it is truly full service, with the ability (and responsibility) to influence construction of the marketing calendars and campaigns through to in-market execution.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Account Executive to join the team working on the account on a full-time basis. In essence we are looking for an inspirational individual, who is passionate about effective creative, is keen to learn about the opportunities and realities of working on global business, and who will be excited by the challenge of developing their skills on a fast-paced international account.
Salary: £30k per annum + competitive benefits package
Key Responsibilities Include
The successful candidate will be working on communications through a mix of channels including fully integrated campaigns spanning POS, Digital and traditional ATL media across multiple markets.
Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Management of cost estimate construction and approval
- Briefing creative teams (with support from senior team members)
- Liaison with all Client Services departments
- Construction of client presentations with the Agency’s creative recommendations (with support from senior team members)
- Artwork crafting and review with senior team members
- Final copy checking before Client submission
- Management of translations
- Management of Client approvals
- Status reports for use internally and with the client
- Liaison with partner agencies (media, data, etc.), local Omnicom offices and 3rd party suppliers
- Management of Legal & Public Affairs approvals (client side) prior to production
- Input to project financial reconciliations
- Construction of client presentations which outline a full production plan
- Social Channel Management

- Exposure to multiple channels including POS and integrated experience would be a benefit
- Experience of playing a supportive role within a dynamic account team
- Ability to multi-task, strong time management and attention to detail is absolutely essential
- Financial understanding: the role is responsible for cost estimation and full financial admin of projects (PO through to invoice and any final project reconciliation)
- Technical expertise: an understanding of the process to produce communications would be beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
