Salary: $60,000–$80,000 base + uncapped commission

A growing transportation and logistics company in Tampa is seeking an Account Manager to manage and expand existing customer relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone with logistics industry experience who enjoys account growth, customer service, and working in a fast-paced operational environment.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts

• Build strong client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities

• Coordinate with operations and carrier teams to ensure service execution

• Handle pricing discussions, shipment updates, and issue resolution

• Support freight movement across customer accounts

• Maintain a high level of responsiveness and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Transportation / logistics industry experience required

• Experience in account management, brokerage, carrier sales, dispatch, or operations

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Sales-minded with ability to grow accounts

Compensation & Benefits
