The role
You will be responsible for developing and managing fleet and corporate customer relationships in Northern and Eastern Germany. You will be driving B2B sales growth, executing regional fleet strategy, and collaborating closely with the Fleet Sales Lead Germany to ensure strong market penetration. Your primary geographical area will include; Hamburg, Bremen, Hannover, Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and manage fleet customers across the North/East region.
- Build strong relationships with leasing companies, enterprise fleets, and regional business networks.
- Execute local fleet sales initiatives, test drives, events, and customer meetings.
- Manage tenders, pricing proposals, and TCO-based business cases.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide market insights regarding competition, customer needs, and BEV adoption trends.
- Collaborate with Service, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure premium customer experience.
- Preferably 3-5 years' experience in automotive B2B fleet sales.
- Strong B2B sales and relationship-building skills.
- Negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Ability to communicate technical EV and TCO topics clearly.
- Structured working style with strong pipeline management capability.
- Familiarity with North/East German fleet landscape and leasing ecosystem.
- BEV sales or consulting experience preferred.
