Account Manager, Large Customer Sales, Central Eastern Europe (English, Greek)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
• Ability to communicate in English and Greek fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with business techniques including effective questioning and objection handling.
• Experience in managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship, and servicing.
• Experience in online advertising or experience with Google Ads products.
• Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and to think strategically and develop recommendations and action plans.

Responsibilities

• Grow advertising cross-channel revenue through comprehensive business strategies for key clients, leveraging Google's advertising products (search, display, video, and applications) to drive international growth and achieve customers’ business objectives.
• Own your book of business, aligning customer objectives and expectations with internal and external Google resources to foster long-term growth.
• Analyze data trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop compelling narratives that drive client growth and maximize business impact.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations to drive sustainable growth and achieve client objectives.
