About The Role
You'll manage and grow a portfolio of Irish media agencies — responding to briefs, pitching proactively, and building the kind of relationships where agencies come back because they trust you. You'll be selling across premium digital display, video, audio, branded content, first-party data and sponsorships, with plenty of autonomy and exposure to major brands.
Day to day
- Growing agency relationships across planning and buying teams
- Responding to briefs with proposals that actually answer the question
- Hitting quarterly and annual revenue targets through a mix of reactive and proactive work
- Working alongside Ad Ops, Creative, Data & Insights, Editorial Partnerships and Product to make sure campaigns land well
- Feeding agency and market insight back into the commercial team
- 3+ years' media sales experience in the Irish market (agency sales, publisher sales, or agency-side planning/buying with sales)
- A natural problem-solver, comfortable presenting to planners and buyers
- Highly Organised enough to juggle multiple campaigns without dropping details
- Self Motivated and great communications skills
