Your Career

The Account Executive (Inside Sales) plays a key role in driving revenue growth by converting high-quality opportunities within Federated Wireless’s existing customer ecosystem. This inside sales-focused role centers on engaging inbound interest, expanding current customer relationships, and closing new product opportunities. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, and company leadership to bring innovative, software-driven solutions to market, supported by a strong technical team that will help you quickly build product knowledge and credibility.

Federated Wireless is rapidly evolving its portfolio with AI-driven capabilities across spectrum management, network optimization, and data insights. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to emerging technologies while helping customers adopt next-generation software-defined solutions. Your Impact

  • Supportsales opportunities within an existing base of customers and warm leads
  • Engage inbound interest and ecosystem-driven opportunities
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer needs and align solutions
  • Close deals from warm leads
  • Upsell current customers to new and premium services
  • Partner withProductfor demos and technical validation
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine messaging and go-to-market approach
  • Maintainaccuratepipelinedatain CRM (forecasting, activity tracking, deal progression)
  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process


Your Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in software or technology sales (SaaS preferred)
  • Proven ability to managecustomers,especially within existing or warm customer relationships
  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to simplify complex solutions for customers
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability tooperateindependently and drive outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with some ambiguity


Preferred:

  • Experience in inside sales or account management
  • B2B sales experience
  • Exposure to technology,telecomand/or SaaS industries
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions

Travel Requirement

Up to 10% travel for customer meetings and tradeshows.


Work Environment

Work is performed in a climate-controlled office setting in either an open-plan office with potential for consistent noise and interruptions, or in a private office. Conditions are usually standard office lighting and moderate temperature ranges.


Physical Demands

Sitting for prolonged periods of time; driving, and ability to travel by air, vehicle, or rail; pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting up to 15 lbs.

The on-target earnings for this full-time position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 with a base salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, and may be eligible for equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, Federated Wireless considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
