Project Overview

As a Senior C developer at Core Platform Engineering team your role will be to enhance the industry’s most innovative embedded networking solution for streaming audio and to develop the firmware for new product introductions. You will work with some of the brightest minds in the business across multiple disciplines of software, hardware, acoustics and WiFi technologies. You will have fun and innovate every day in our fast paced and creative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Use your knowledge of C, Linux kernel mode development, to integrate components into the platform simulator, to bring up new prototypes and future client products on the latest, highest performing wireless networking hardware.
• Leverage your curiosity in solving intricate, hard-to-replroduce defects in Linux kernel.
• Work closely with the Hardware and Platform Software teams to optimize clients platform performance, maintaining our market position as the most advanced audio hardware system in the world.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 5+ yrs of experience in C
• Strong expertise in Linux kernel development and debugging
• Proficiency in Python
• Exposure to working with a software team that utilizes agile methodologies
• CI/CD systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid Python experience
• C++
