We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and help design and build robust, scalable solutions for our cloud-based platform. In this role, you will work on challenging technical problems, contribute to architectural discussions, and deliver high-quality code. If you have experience building secure, scalable solutions on Microsoft Azure and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, we would like to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Develop and enhance scalable, secure cloud applications using Microsoft Azure services.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to design technical solutions that meet business and product requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and help enforce best practices in design, coding, testing.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable deployments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments.
- Stay informed on new technologies and Azure services to improve our platform and processes.
- Maintain technical documentation for features, components, and system integrations.
- Utilizes AI-enabled tools (e.g., chatbots, document automation, analytics assistants) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and streamline routine tasks while following company AI governance and data privacy standards.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience building cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Strong coding skills in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, leveraging frameworks such as ASP.NET and Angular.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, DevOps practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
- Strong English communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelors Degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred
- Typically has 5-7 years’ relevant technical experience
- Has a minimum of 1 or more years’ previous experience with similar product lines or subject areas as Tungsten Automation
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently on larger or more complex departmental assignments
- Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality.
- Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop, and scale to the needs of their department.
