Sr Full Stack Engineer (.NET and React)

We are looking for an Innovation Full Stack Engineer - .NET & React who translates business requirements into high-quality front-end and back-end functionality, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Someone with strong problem-solving abilities, deep technical knowledge, and the drive to mentor others and collaborate closely with product owners.

JOB DUTIES:

• Translate business requirements into concrete technical models and deliver high-quality front-end and back-end functionality
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications and integrations
• Build and maintain backend services and APIs while supporting front-end teams with reliable, scalable data integrations
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
• Consume and integrate with both internal and third-party APIs and services
• Collaborate with designers, digital product owners, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability
• Mentor other developers and stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends

• Minimum 6 years of experience developing web applications
• Strong proficiency with React, Redux, and JavaScript
• Strong proficiency with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
• Experience mentoring other developers and contributing to team growth
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional digital initiatives

• Cloud experience: Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP
• Experience implementing eCommerce solutions
• Exposure to Optimizely Configured Commerce
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Curiosity and a willingness to work hands-on with the team to solve problems
• An experimental, innovative mindset
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
