How You’ll Contribute
- Daily maintenance, design and management of multiple Biamp website properties, including WordPress websites
- Create new web and landing web pages for a variety of campaigns, launches and promotions, and other online channels
- Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies, web development, SEO and email marketing
- Analyze website analytics and customer behavior to enhance conversion and create actionable recommendations based on findings
- Collaborate with other departments and management teams to create web content consistent with company branding
- Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
- Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of front-end, web development experience (.NET backend web development is a plus)
- Effectively use AI tools to create process efficiencies, debug, and write tests
- Utilizes the latest customer experience (CX) maturity models, processes, tools, and user experience (UX) techniques
- Strong documentation practices
- Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge & experience with the following:
- HTML5 & CSS3: Semantic HTML, CSS Grid, Flexbox, and responsive/mobile-first design
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Git & GitHub/GitLab: Branching, merging, pull requests, and resolving merge conflicts
- Command Line Interface (CLI): Basic terminal navigation and scripting
- Web Fundamentals: Understanding how the internet works (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, browsers, DOM)
- Modern framework/Library: React, Vue, Angular
- Typescript & Meta-Frameworks
- Optimize for Google’s Core Web Vitals and ADA/WCAG guidelines
- RESTful API & GraphQL design and integration experience
- Knowledge of Sitefinity CMS (version 14+)
- Authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, SAML)
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM integration with websites is a plus
- eCommerce integration and/or management experience is a plus
- Experience in professional AV industry highly desirable
- Experience with Unified Communications highly desirable
- Routine use of standard office equipment
- Ability to travel both internationally and within US up to 25% of the time
- In-office position located in our Beaverton, OR headquarters
