Location : Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure Duck Creek Billing solutions for Property & Casualty insurance clients.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation and migration projects involving legacy billing systems to Duck Creek Billing.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize billing workflows, payment plans, invoicing, commissions, write-offs, and collections.
- Develop integrations with policy administration systems, claims systems, payment gateways, and general ledger platforms.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration from legacy billing systems to Duck Creek.
- Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes.
- Support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects during development and post-production support.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
- Prepare technical design documents and deployment guides.
