The RoleWe’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our pipeline and create qualified sales opportunities for our closing team.
You’ll work with inbound interest, referrals, founder-led content, and support targeted outbound campaigns to identify high-potential brands and book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
Your job is simple but critical: Create and turn interest into qualified conversations.
What You'll Do
- 2–4+ years in SDR / BDR / sales development roles
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience in agency, SaaS, or marketing services preferred
- Strong written communication skills (email + LinkedIn)
- Comfortable qualifying leads and asking direct questions about budget and goals
- Organized and metrics-driven
- Self-motivated in a remote environment
- Experience booking calls for high-ticket service offers
- Consistently booking 20–40 qualified meetings per month
- Maintaining strong show-up rates
- Generating pipeline that converts into revenue
- Contributing to scaling a structured outbound engine
- Remote-first, async-friendly team
- Warm inbound + brand-driven interest
- Clear performance metrics and upside

- Work directly with experienced operators and former Facebook/Tesla talent
- OTE (base + performance commissions): CAD $55,000 – $80,000+
- Commission structure tied to:
- Qualified meetings booked
- Revenue generated from your pipeline

- First Interview: If selected, we'll schedule an interview with us to discuss your background, the role, and any questions you have
- Second Interview: You'll meet with a senior team member, another team lead, or the CEO.
- Culture Interview: Finally, you’ll meet with some of our team members to see if we’re a good fit for each other.
