- Analyze, optimize, and support end‑to‑end commercial supply chain and transportation processes for assigned business functions
- Translate business questions into data requirements, KPIs and visualizations, including exception reporting, root-cause analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Deliver actionable performance analytics and KPIs (e.g., carrier performance, benchmarking, target comparisons, rail maintenance, truck retains, runouts, and overfills).
- Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement data‑driven improvement plans aligned with strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with IT to support SAP system enhancements and logistics process improvements
- Promote best practices for data setup, governance, and metric sustainability
- Establish business metrics and ownership models to sustain project benefits
- Communicate progress, insights, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes
- Balance strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day analytical and operational support in a fast‑paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling and Power Query
- Advanced SQL skills (MS SQL Server), including complex query development and data analysis
- Working knowledge of SAP, including core tables and data structures
- Strong understanding of commercial supply chain and transportation operations, including how data flows across the value chain.
- Self‑directed, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and drives continuous improvement
- Ability to effectively communicate, influence, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills to support data‑driven business decisions
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, MIS, or a related business field
- Advanced degree in analytics or a related field
- 2+ years of experience supporting commodity trading, procurement, transportation, or logistics functions in the oil and gas industry
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP SD and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience using Microsoft Fabric and/or Databricks
- Experience working in an agile environment, including backlog management and stakeholder demos
