The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to own relationships with our customers and guide them across onboarding, adoption, and expansion. This fully remote role offers significant strategic influence and close collaboration with founders, sales, and product leaders to ensure customers realize long-term value from Elements.
What You’ll Do
- Manage customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior finance leaders and operational teams.
- Identify expansion opportunities across workflows, teams, and additional use cases.
- Translate customer requirements and pain points into actionable product insights.
- Monitor account health, mitigate risks early, and secure renewals.
- Support the rollout and adoption of new features and improvements.
- Experience managing SaaS accounts, ideally in finance, operations, or workflow-related products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives.
- Consultative problem solver who can diagnose needs and propose strategic solutions.
- Ownership mindset suited to zero-to-one or high-growth environments.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Proven success driving renewals, retention, and account expansion.
- Play a key role in shaping how customers adopt and grow with a category-defining platform.
