Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage sales enquiries and convert leads into confirmed contracts
- Build strong relationships with clients and support business growth
- Prepare client presentations and commercial proposals
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain high customer service standards and client satisfaction
- Support sales reporting, pipeline updates, and target achievement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–8 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proven experience in 3PL, freight forwarding, or logistics
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar logistics market
- Good understanding of customs procedures and local regulations
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
- Good MS Office skills
