Assisted Living Account Executive (Home Health)

Compensation & Earnings
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $90,000+ (based on experience & book of business)
- Uncapped Bonus Structure tied to admissions and episodic growth
- Top performers earn well above base salary
- Greater Orlando, FL, and surrounding areas
- Focus on Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Senior Living Communities
- Local travel required
- Build & grow referral relationships within assisted living and senior living communities
- Partner with Executive Directors, Wellness Directors, and Care Teams
- Drive home health census growth by meeting/exceeding monthly goals
- Conduct resident assessments and identify home health care needs
- Serve as a resident advocate, ensuring seamless transitions to home health services
- Manage the referral-to-admission process efficiently
- Provide education and in-services to community staff, residents, and families
- Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain consistent communication with leadership and referral partners
- Proven senior living / assisted living sales experience
- Established book of business within ALFs or senior living communities
- Strong relationship-building and closing skills
- Ability to work independently within a territory
- Healthcare sales experience (home health, hospice, SNF, DME, or clinical liaison)
- Clinical background (RN, LPN, MSW, PTA, etc.)
- Experience coordinating care transitions
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Manage your own schedule and territory
- Independent role with strong leadership support
