What You’ll Do
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all needs and inquiries in the global market.
- Identify and seize new business opportunities, strategically upselling and cross-selling Solera's cutting-edge products and solutions to existing clients across different regions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, training and product demonstrations to deeply understand client requirements and effectively showcase Solera's transformative offerings in the international market.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions on a global scale.
- Meticulously track sales activities and maintain up-to-date records utilizing advanced CRM systems for global account management.
- Remain at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics on a global scale to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities across different markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, account management, or business development in a global organization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effortlessly build rapport and establish trust with clients across different markets and cultures.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills, coupled with an unwavering customer-centric approach in a global market context.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, displaying an innate drive to work independently and consistently meet and exceed deadlines in a global setting.
- Advanced understanding of the automotive and/or repair industries is a significant advantage in the global market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced CRM systems for global account management.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, proficiency in French or any additional languages is a plus.
