We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing Solutions Engineer to work directly with fabricators, EPCs, and engineering teams using Exchanger Optimizer.

This role combines engineering knowledge, customer interaction, and software implementation. You will work directly with customers to understand how they design, quote, estimate, and fabricate heat exchangers and pressure vessels — and help implement software solutions around those workflows.

This is a remote position, but candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to the Houston area. Relocation assistance is available.

What You'll Do

• Perform live software demos with prospective customers
• Work with customers to understand fabrication and estimating workflows
• Assist customers with implementation and onboarding
• Communicate customer requirements and feedback to the development team
• Support licensing and customer deployments
• Help drive customer adoption and long-term success

Requirements

• Experience with fabrication, shell-and-tube heat exchangers, air coolers, or pressure vessels is required
• Engineering degree or related technical background
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with customers in meetings and live demos
• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn
• Familiarity with estimating, proposal generation, or fabrication workflows
