Your Role
We are looking for a Solution Key Account in Madrid for our Hotels & Residentials business segment, who will have a key focus on new business development and account management for Luxury Hotels and Residentials in the assigned area, enhancing relationships with our clients and managing a large portfolio of products, services and solutions.

Your Impact
- Develop business opportunities and the market potential.
- Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved.
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM.
- Increase customer satisfaction.
- Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends.
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities.
- Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code.
What You Should Bring
- At least 3 years of sales experience as a Solution Key Account or in a similar role.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar.
- Experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
