About The Opportunity
- We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our high-performing business team In Israel. This role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience in digital media and/or advertising who’s ready to take ownership of client relationships and grow within a fast-paced, international environment. You’ll manage a portfolio of independent agencies and brand partners, ensuring strong campaign performance, client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- This role requires both solid understanding of digital campaign execution as well as relationship management and commercial growth skills
- Client Partnership & Strategic Consulting: Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of agency and direct clients, serving as a trusted consultant by sharing industry trends and best practices to ensure smooth collaboration, ongoing satisfaction, and strong long-term relationships.
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaign setup, delivery, and optimisation in close partnership with internal teams, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Account Growth: Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning Teads’ solutions with client goals and identifying new areas for partnership.
- Collaboration: Work shoulder to shoulder with Sales, Ad Operations, Product and BI teams to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences.
- Growth in revenue from existing accounts.

- Positive collaboration and contribution within the local team.
- Your skills and experiences:
- 2–4 Years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising (preferably in media, adtech, or programmatic).
- Proven experience managing clients and supporting revenue growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English and Hebrew)
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine interest in digital innovation.
- Exceptional time management - effectively plan long-term, big projects, while maintaining day-to-day effectiveness.
