You'll run discovery, lead demos, and close deals with clinic operators, clinical directors, and executive leadership across group practices and multi-site organizations. You need to understand how behavioral health clinics actually run - admissions, documentation, billing - and show them what it looks like when AI workers and human teams operate in one platform.
This is an early, high-ownership role where you'll work directly with the founding team. You'll be shaping how mdhub sells while the category is still forming.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract across behavioral health clinics, group practices, and multi-site organizations.
- Run discovery calls that dig into how prospects currently handle admissions, clinical documentation, and billing - and where their workflows are breaking.
- Lead product demos that connect mdhub's AI workers (Emma, Sarah, Eric) and platform (EHR, CRM, RCM) to each prospect's specific pain points.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deals involving clinic operators, clinical directors, compliance teams, and C-suite leadership.
- Build and manage pipeline with discipline - accurate forecasting, rigorous qualification, and clear next steps on every opportunity.
- Develop your own sales playbooks, objection-handling frameworks, and closing strategies as you learn what resonates in the market.
- Partner with the Growth Strategist and founding team to sharpen ICP targeting, messaging, and channel strategy based on what you're hearing in conversations.
- Feed competitive intelligence, product feedback, and market signals back to the product and leadership teams.
- You've closed B2B SaaS deals - ideally selling into healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical buyers.
- You run a disciplined sales process - structured discovery, clear qualification, and strong deal management are second nature.
- You're a compelling communicator - you can demo a product, tell a story, and build trust with both clinicians and operators.
- You operate like a founder - ownership, no excuses, full accountability.
- You thrive in speed and ambiguity - you create your own playbook and adapt quickly as the market shifts.
- You execute relentlessly - you move fast, follow up religiously, and close with urgency.
- You're resourceful - you solve problems independently and figure things out without needing to be managed.
- Background in healthcare or behavioral health.
- Experience with clinical operations and workflows.
- Exposure to working with large clinics.
