Responsibilities

  • Own and grow senior-level client relationships, becoming a go-to strategic voice at the table
  • Set the tone and vision for complex, multichannel accounts—pushing for work that's brave, smart, and effective
  • Champion a high-performance, no-silos culture where collaboration and accountability go hand in hand
  • Lead, mentor, and elevate senior account leaders—building strong teams and future agency talent
  • Drive organic growth and new business, spotting opportunities before they're obvious
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure strategy, creative, and execution are seamless and commercially sound
  • Oversee account financial health, balancing ambition with operational discipline
  • Contribute to agency-wide initiatives that strengthen culture, performance, and long-term vision

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of pharmaceutical advertising and/or agency experience
  • Proven experience leading large, complex accounts and senior client relationships
  • Track record of driving growth, managing budgets, and delivering results
  • Skilled at mentoring and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communicator and confident presenter across disciplines and leadership levels
  • Strategic thinker who can turn business objectives into actionable plans
  • Experience in pharmaceutical advertising agencies a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus

Pay Range- $ 215,000 - $235,000
