The Role
This is a full-cycle AE role with ownership from first touch through close — working directly with owners running multi-million dollar businesses. You'll manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals, run discovery with executive decision makers, and collaborate with SDRs to drive high-quality pipeline.
It's a high-ownership role for salespeople who thrive in early-stage environments. Top performers will take on larger accounts quickly and have a clear path to Senior/Lead AE as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
- Partner with SDRs to drive pipeline and refine messaging
- Close six-figure contracts with home services operators
- Run discovery with owners, operators, and executive decision makers
- Navigate multi-stakeholder deal cycles and complex buying dynamics
- Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting
- Contribute to sales playbooks and best practices as the team grows
- 1–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with closed deals — non-negotiable
- Background at a top SaaS company and/or early-stage startup experience is a plus
- You enjoy talking to people and can adjust your approach in real time
- You care about doing the work well — not just hitting numbers for their own sake
- You want to be early at a company that is clearly working
- You're looking for a strict nine-to-five
- Outbound or new logo sales makes you uncomfortable
- You prefer heavy structure and step-by-step instructions
- You shy away from accountability when results fall short
- You have a pattern of short tenures without demonstrated impact
- Base: $110K–$120K + uncapped commission (Target $210K–$250K OTE)
