Account Executive - Sales

- Identify potential clients, leads, and referrals to achieve sales goals
- Schedule appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations to initiate the sales process
- Build rapport with potential accounts, explain our service capabilities, and prepare contracts to close sales
- Utilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain and track all client and lead information
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- Prior B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside sales role
- Demonstrated success with cold calling, both over the phone and in the field
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing territories
- Outgoing and dynamic personality with excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to lead client meetings and effectively communicate our service offerings
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with operations and other sales team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus
