💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a book of 45-50 Managed Service Providers
- Drive adoption through QBRs/ strategic partner reviews and product roadmaps
- Support renewals and retention/churn targets through health checks, CSAT and proactive relationship management
- Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Microsoft 365, AI copilots, and Fathom to support partner success workflows
- Represent the company at roadshows and industry events, strengthening partner engagement
- Proactively engage partners via phone, LinkedIn, and email communication
🧠 Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years’ experience in Account Management / Customer Success
- MSP exposure or experience beneficial (from an MSP or worked with MSPs)
- Strong communicator with a customer-centric mindset
- Technically inclined OR eager to learn
- Comfortable balancing relationship management and project coordination responsibilities
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and proactively engage clients
- Passionate about customer success and solving business challenges
