Role Overview

As a Corporate Account Executive at Sense, you will be part of a high-growth team focused on expanding our presence in Healthcare, Restaurant & Retail, Logistics & Warehousing. You’ll be instrumental in developing strategies to engage new markets, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly targets.

Conduct online product demos and develop custom proposals that demonstrate the value of Sense’s solutions.

Strategically engage senior decision-makers across target verticals, effectively communicating our platform’s ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Marketing, Product) to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance customer engagement.

Utilize CRM and sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Apollo to track key metrics and streamline your sales process.

4+ years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving positive business outcomes.

A collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented approach, grit, and high integrity.

Experience in HR Tech, ATS/CRM, or Recruitment space preferred, but not required.

Bonus Points

Experience in greenfield HRTech sales and breaking into new markets.

Familiarity with tools like Slack, Clari, Apollo, 6sense, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Experience working at a startup or fast-scaling tech company is a plus!
