We are hiring an experienced Account Manager / Relationship Manager to grow and manage strategic client relationships within the India staffing and recruitment market. This role is ideal for someone with an existing network, proven account growth ability, and deep understanding of enterprise hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand existing client accounts within IT staffing / workforce solutions.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers across leading enterprises such as Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Persistent Systems, Tech Mahindra, Infosys and similar organizations.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and wallet-share expansion.
- Bring in new logos and open new enterprise accounts.
- Work closely with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and fulfillment success.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently meet growth targets.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of Account Management / Client Relationship experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions.
- Strong relationships with enterprise hiring managers, procurement leaders, MSP/VMS contacts, or business heads.
- Demonstrated success in growing accounts and winning new business.
- Strong Rolodex / network within Indian IT services, GCCs, or enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and commercially focused mindset.
Preferred Background
- Experience handling large accounts in IT staffing, contract hiring, or permanent hiring.
- Familiarity with VMS/MSP models and enterprise staffing processes.
- Existing network in Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or pan-India accounts.
Work Location
- Preferred: Kharadi, Pune office
- Remote candidates considered if they bring strong relationships and a proven track record.
