Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client enquiries, issues, and service coordination.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with internal onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor client usage trends and proactively address risks or concerns
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with accountants, auditors, and corporate secretaries.
- Build and manage a strong sales lead through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Open doors with prospective clients by arranging meetings
- Maintain accurate pipeline and client records in CRM systems.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or client servicing.
- Experience in fintech, remittance, payroll, HR solutions, banking, staffing, or related industries is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and manage relationships with HR, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
