Position Summary
The Account Executive reports to the Vice President of Sales and supports client development, relationship management, and data-related processes. This role works closely with sales leadership in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced, adaptable professional with strong strategic planning and execution skills. The position involves regular interaction with clients and prospective clients, including business-related lunches and dinners, and requires strong communication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Seek qualified prospects for assigned portfolio
- Follows up on sales lead
- Estimate, negotiate, and prepare RFPs (Request for proposals)
- Visit clients including property managers and large tenants
- Conduct periodic inspections of property common areas and tenant's premises to facilitate additional sales opportunities as well as pursue any possible cross-selling opportunities
- Assures that contract specifications are adhered to
- Accurate and timely completion of required documentation relating to the management of assigned accounts
- Bachelor's degree required with three to five (3–5) years of successful business-to-business sales experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with proven client service experience
- Computer proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
