As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close - for accounts in your territory. You’ll partner closely with SDRs on pipeline generation, and collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategy and drive repeatable success.

This isn’t just about hitting quota—it’s about building long-term, trusted partnerships with workplace, real estate, facilities, HR, and operations leaders at some of the most innovative companies in the world.

This is a full-time position reporting to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Own and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within an assigned territory.
  • Hunt for new logos and expand relationships with existing accounts.
  • Run a consultative sales process: conduct discovery, tailor demos, build business cases, and drive deals to close.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to develop territory strategies and account plans.
  • Stay sharp on Gable’s evolving product set, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot.
  • Represent Gable at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
