Job Description

What will you work on?

The Spin Master Mexico National Account Manager I will be a key contributor to Spin Master Mexico and the global Sales Team. Responsible for the negotiation with a group of accounts (departmental and toy stores) while ensuring the best sales conditions for the Company and the correct execution of the commercial strategies in the designated accounts.

How will you create impact?

• Negotiate and overview the commercial strategies with all trade segments.
• Prepare the business strategies in collaboration with all the interna areas, considering the sales volume and commercial offers for all the different clients.
• Develop Annual Joint Business Plans in closer cooperation with Buyers and Sub-Directors.
• Develop and assure the best administration of the forecast by month, quarter and full year for every client.
• Overview the accomplishment of the PL with Spin Master’s Finance.
• Prepare short, medium and long-term strategies to comply with the sustainable development of the accounts.
• Work together with the Marketing Team in the specifics of the products portfolio.
• Consolidate commercial relationships focusing in the profitable development of both parties.
• Negotiate the structure and restructure of commercial conditions.
• Built, update and present result reports to headquarters and Mexico Management Team.
• Overview and administrate the assigned Budget and Allowances
• Keep strong knowledge and tracking of direct competitors

What are your skills and experience?

• Experience in SAP is highly advantageous
• Fluent in spoken and written English
