What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing tailored strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations consistently exceeded.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities while adapting solutions to evolving client needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, securing mutually beneficial agreements.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on account performance and communicate effectively with senior management.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in key account management, or project management
- Demonstrated project leadership experience, managing complex client initiatives end to end.
- A strong track record of exceeding targets and growing key accounts.
- Proven experience negotiating with and managing relationships at C-level.
- Experience in logistics and/or e-commerce (highly advantageous).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
