Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve PRODUCT sales target in assigned hospital & territory
- Build KOL advocacy on PRODUCT and drive listing in target hospitals collaborating
- Shape the market by educating HCPs on hemophilia SOC collaborating with MKT/MA team
- Rigorously comply with corporate policy & code of conduct
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
- Bachelor degree, major in clinical medicine or pharmacy is preferred
- 2-6 years pharmaceutical sales experience, at least 2 yeas MNC experience
- Sales experience in hematology or specialty pharma is preferred
- Strong winning spirit in competition and mindset of patient centric, customer-oriented & result-driven
- Mindset & capability in professional clinical promotion
- Business acumen showcased in growth planning/execution and investment allocation
- Customer engagement skill
- Language expression and communication ability
- Learning agility
- Positive and accountable
