Sales Account Manager - Cosmetic Active Ingredients

Optify Search are currently partnered with a global manufacturer of innovative biological active molecules for the cosmetics industry searching for a Sales Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow business with multinational key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent commercial development.
• Present and promote latest natural active ingredients, introducing innovations and supporting customers with technical and marketing insights.
• Plan and execute regular customer visits, and actively participate in trainings, industry events, and trade shows to strengthen market presence and engagement.

Qualifications

• Scientific Background: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or engineering degree in biology, biochemistry, pharmacy, or a similar scientific field.
• Early Career Industry Experience: 1–5 years of successful experience in the cosmetics or dermo‑cosmetics market to ensure quick operational readiness.
• Technical Sales Competencies: Autonomous, curious, responsible, open‑minded, and motivated by new challenges, with a strong interest in building long‑term business relationships within an international, growing company.
