We are seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Hunter to drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts by selling across all ProcessQ service lines, with a strong focus on Digital, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and AI-led transformation. The role involves defining and executing a targeted hunting strategy aligned to market trends, competitive dynamics, and ProcessQs strategic priorities. You will identify and prioritize high-value accounts, key stakeholders, and opportunities, develop account-specific engagement plans, and build a strong qualified pipeline. This includes leveraging advisors and partners, shaping client thinking through workshops and executive interactions, and positioning differentiated solutions to initiate and influence buying decisions.

The role requires full ownership of the sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification and qualification to solution structuring, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure—while driving profitable revenue growth and increasing wallet share. You will lead large, multi-service deals by collaborating across internal service lines and external ecosystems, while actively managing competition and strengthening win strategies. In parallel, you will build and maintain strong CXO-level relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and drive ongoing engagement through governance forums and account planning. Success in this role depends on disciplined pipeline management, quarterly sales planning, team alignment, and end-to-end revenue ownership, including delivery alignment, invoicing, and collections.

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-impact Sales Hunter to drive new logo acquisition, account growth, and multi-service line revenue expansion across Digital, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and AI-led transformation services.

This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can identify opportunities, shape large deals, and build trusted client relationships while delivering consistent, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Strategy & Hunting Focus


  • Define and execute hunting strategy across assigned domains and geographies
  • Align with ProcessQ’s strategic priorities (Digital, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI) and translate them into targeted account strategies
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments through engagement with advisors and partners
  • Identify white space opportunities, new logos, and high-potential accounts

2. Account Targeting & Pipeline Creation


  • Review top existing accounts to identify expansion opportunities
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, key stakeholders, and buying centers
  • Develop account-specific engagement plans, including entry strategies and strategic initiatives
  • Build and drive a strong, qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets

3. Revenue Growth & Deal Execution


  • Own end-to-end sales lifecycle:

  • Opportunity identification & qualification
  • Solution shaping & value positioning
  • Proposal development & deal structuring
  • Commercial negotiation & closure
  • Leverage differentiated value propositions to increase wallet share
  • Drive large, transformational deals by integrating multiple service lines
  • Ensure profitable revenue growth and achievement of sales targets

4. Competitive Strategy & Positioning


  • Analyze competitor offerings and positioning within the assigned domain
  • Develop and execute strategies to differentiate, neutralize, and win against competition
  • Leverage advisors and ecosystem partners to strengthen deal positioning

5. Sales Planning & Governance


  • Develop and execute quarterly sales plans and targets
  • Allocate targets across team members and track performance rigorously
  • Conduct regular sales cadence reviews to:

  • Drive focus
  • Resolve blockers
  • Improve conversion rates

6. Client Engagement & Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with:

  • CXOs, business leaders, and IT stakeholders
  • Establish trusted advisor status within client organizations
  • Maintain structured relationship maps and engagement strategies
  • Lead Steering Committees and client review meetings to ensure satisfaction and delivery excellence

7. Ecosystem & Partner Leverage


  • Build relationships with advisors, partners, and industry influencers
  • Leverage ecosystem to gain market intelligence and access decision-makers
  • Collaborate internally across service lines and leadership teams to structure winning solutions

8. Pipeline Development & Demand Generation


  • Execute target account engagement plans through:

  • Executive meetings
  • Workshops and solution presentations
  • Thought leadership sessions
  • Identify key stakeholders and program drivers within target accounts
  • Influence clients to initiate formal buying processes
  • Proactively identify and shape large transformational opportunities

9. Revenue Operations & Financial Discipline


  • Track and manage revenue across the full lifecycle:

  • Booking Delivery Invoicing Revenue realization
  • Ensure adherence to margin and profitability targets
  • Proactively drive collections and cash flow management

Ideal Candidate Profile


  • Proven track record in enterprise sales / hunting roles in IT services or digital engineering
  • Experience selling Digital, Cloud, AI, or Cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong ability to open doors, build pipeline, and close complex deals
  • Established network with CXO-level stakeholders
  • Experience managing large pursuits and multi-million-dollar deals
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline
