We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, implement, and optimize ITOM solutions across enterprise environments.


Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules:

Discovery

Service Mapping

Event Management

Orchestration

Cloud Management

  • Expertise in CMDB, MID Servers, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and JavaScript scripting
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and third-party monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise IT operations


Responsibilities:

  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITOM capabilities
  • Build automation workflows and integrations
  • Maintain CMDB and infrastructure visibility
  • Implement event monitoring and alert management
  • Collaborate with ITSM, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams


Certifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA / CIS ITOM preferred
