Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Technischen Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder eines vergleichbaren technischen Studiengangs
- Mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Embedded Software, im Automotive‐Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Embedded‐Programmierung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Automotive Entwicklungsprozesse, insbesondere ASPICE
- Erfahrung mit Automotive Bussystemen (z. B. CAN, FlexRay, LIN) und AUTOSAR
- Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (z. B. Scrum)
- Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgepragte Problemlosungs‐ und Kommunikationsfahigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Entwicklung von Embedded Software fur innovative Zugangs‐ und Fahrberechtigungssysteme im Fahrzeug
- Mitarbeit an kundenindividuellen Entwicklungsprojekten sowie an der Plattformentwicklung
- Klarung und Umsetzung komplexer Software‐Anforderungen gemeinsam mit Kunden, Architekten und internen Entwicklungsteams
- Begleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife
- Analyse, Debugging und Validierung von Software direkt am Prototypen und Fahrzeug
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinaren Teams (System, Hardware, Test) in einem agilen Projektumfeld
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitats‐, Prozess‐ und Automotive‐Standards in der Softwareentwicklung
