Job Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in user experience design, with participation in interaction design for medium to large-scale products. Web3 industry experience is preferred.

2. Strong theoretical knowledge of design, keen observation and summarization of trends, and a high personal standard for design quality.

3. Solid product and interaction thinking skills, ability to participate in interaction workflow design, good business understanding, and capability to integrate design across online and offline touchpoints.

4. Enthusiastic, holistic thinker, proactive in communication, able to push ideas forward effectively and collaborate well with colleagues.

5. Forward-thinking regarding industry trends, with the ability to turn discovered ideas into actionable projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a design-related field. Overseas study experience or prior work in a major internet company is preferred.

2. Experience in the crypto space is preferred.

3. 3+ years of UI/UX design experience. Experience in user growth design, motion design, or visual design is a plus.

4. Strong comprehension and presentation skills, able to communicate efficiently with product and business teams, balancing business goals and user experience objectives.

5. Strong execution skills, able to efficiently produce multiple design directions/solutions.
