Responsibilities 1.Conduct in-depth research into the core needs of crypto and financial traders to design and iterate on VIP tiered systems, enhancing high-net-worth user stickiness and activity through fee optimization and tailored value-added services. 2.Develop differentiated growth strategies for institutional clients, quantitative traders, and high-net-worth individuals to convert existing users and attract competitors' users, consistently driving overall platform trading volume. 3.Perform regular competitive analysis to capture emerging VIP equity trends in the crypto and traditional fintech sectors, maintaining the platform's competitive edge through innovative product mechanisms. 4.Lead the end-to-end planning and construction of a dedicated VIP CRM management system, integrating trading data, behavioral profiling, and asset fluctuations to provide business teams with a 360-degree user view and decision support. 5.Develop automated risk alerts (e.g., large withdrawals, churn warnings) and exclusive marketing tools to empower Account Managers with precision outreach, while re-engineering workflows for VIP auditing, permission granting, and benefit reconciliation. 6.Oversee and manage business-driven product lines such as Affiliate (Referral/Channel) and VIP programs, optimizing commission structures and settlement logic to expand market penetration via B/C-side synergy. 7.Coordinate with technical, risk control, compliance, and marketing teams to translate complex business logic into clear product roadmaps, ensuring high-quality delivery of business objectives within regulatory frameworks. Requirements 1.Bachelor’s degree or above with 5+ years of product management experience; proven track record in large-scale consumer-facing products with cross-industry exposure. 2.Experience in cryptocurrency or financial trading products is strongly preferred; profound understanding of VIP user psychology, trading incentive mechanisms, and financial business models. 3.Demonstrated success in building complex backend systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or clearing systems) from scratch, with rigorous logic and the ability to handle multi-dimensional data integration and automation. 4.Strong market insight and competitive analysis skills; familiar with Affiliate/Referral models with a keen product sense and an innovative mindset. 5.Highly proactive and execution-driven with the ability to mobilize resources in a fast-paced environment; an exceptional communicator capable of solving complex business pain points through technical solutions.
